Hi, I’m Nicola DeParis.

I help athletes, managers, and professionals position themselves and their teams for success.

My approach draws on my experience teaching communication and leadership at the Business Faculty of the University of Lausanne, officiating as an ice hockey referee in Swiss professional leagues, and guiding over 100 individuals to scale their careers. I also hold a master’s degree in Technology and Sport Management from EPFL/AISTS, which further enriches my perspective.
